Update: Received a call 4 days later saying he was on vacation & forgot to reschedule. Decided to give them a second chance. He showed up within the first 30 minutes of the rescheduled time frame.

Worst Customer service! I have been using Elite for over a year and for the most part was satisfied with my service up until this past spring summer. I won’t bore you with all the minor discrepancies - but must share what is baffling a company wanting to stay in good standing would even do.
Two weeks ago I took off a half day work for a service. Elite was due to arrive within a two hour window. 10 min after that window expired they called and said they were having truck issues and had to reschedule. I said Really? You had the same thing happen last time (2 months prior) and had to reschedule

This company is a complete joke. Super long review, but it’s needed to get the point across.. I found Elite while we were under contract to purchase our new home & I scheduled for them to do a pre-purchase pest inspection of the house. Fast forward a few weeks and we move into our new home and noticed straight away from day one that there was a severe ant problem (which I was frustrated that it was never brought to our attention when they did the initial inspection, but they said those inspections only cover the major wood eating bugs). I contacted Elite after being swarmed by yellow jackets while doing yard work. Ryan was at my residence within 12 hours of me contacting them and was extremely professional and knowledgeable; he was able to quickly locate and destroy the nest. These guys are top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer or hire them again.

I called Elite Termite and Pest Solutions to have someone come out and give me an estimate and potentially help with the carpenter bee issue that we are having. I selected this company off of the reviews and hours of their operation as this was a company that is open on weekends. When I called the man that I spoke with was very professional and asked about my issue and wanted to know when he could come out. I called on a Wednesday and asked if it was possible for him to come that Saturday. He said that he couldn't come Saturday as he would be out of town but would call his other guy who is in Marshall

These guys are awesome! They came to my rescue when I found a snake in the house while cleaning a basement storage room. Ryan provided a thorough pest inspection of my home in western Prince William County at a very fair price. He offered great advice to keep the home pest and termite free. His rates for inspections and contracts are much lower than the larger competitors. Ryan is very customer focused and provides peace of mind that the home is protected.
