ThermaServe is a client driven South East Regional Independent Commercial and Industrial Mechanical and HVAC Systems Services Company serving North Florida and Southern Georgia. Founded in 2000 by the Royer family, the company has over 250 years of combined technical experience on major manufacturer's equipment including Trane, York, McQuay, and Carrier.
The heart of your cooling system, the chiller. We service, repair, provide refrigerant retrofit, and replacement of all makes of Chillers (Trane, York, McQuay, Carrier) and all models. Specific expert repairs include: Compressor Overhaul, Re-tubing, Re-gasketing, and Control Panel Upgrades. Operational performance testing of chillers and total chiller plants using a power analyzer to provide actual real time energy efficiencies (KW/ton).
A network of independent mechanical service contractors specializing in the repair, retrofit, and maintenance of large tonnage water chillers. Carrier trains, tests, and certifies HVAC contractors to be experts in building controls. Through thorough training and ongoing testing of their service technicians, our certified contractors maintain extensive knowledge of the i-Vu building automation system.
I knew the Royer family and their history of client service, and started using them when the company started, and have never looked back. They are the best! I have worked with, and respected Dave Royer for many years. What has impressed me most about ThermaServe is the knowledge of their employees and their client service, with their fast response time and follow through.
The warranty is enforced by law. Also we have your interest at heart and will ensure we meet the manufacturer's service requirements and enforce warranty items the Original Equipment Manufacturer OEM may have overlooked. Direct from the OEM part supply centers they are required to sell parts to independent companies.
