I would like to first thank you for considering The Coolest LLC for all of your HVAC service and installation needs. My name is Mark LeGare, my friends call me "Air LeGare." My journey into the world of heating and air conditioning began with my unlikely enlistment into the US Army at the age of 17 as a 52-C Utilities Equipment Repairman.
Your heating system will be installed by a fully-licensed, factory-authorized professional. Our installers are trained in the latest heater/furnace installation techniques. The technician will arrive with a fully-equipped service truck, guaranteeing that the job is done quickly. Once your new heating system is in place, you'll want to keep it running efficiently.
We realize that it's hot in Texas and the last thing you want to worry about is whether or not you're going to get your Air Conditioner fixed properly. Our talented staff is available to fix just about anything in a timely manner. Whether it's changing a capacitor, motor, compressor, evaporator coil, contactor, thermostat, wiring issues, refrigerant issues, you name it.

The Coolest saved us again in an emergency (heater out with the threat of freezing temperatures looming)! Travis the technician who came out today was very professional, knowledgeable, and he worked quickly and fixed the problem we were having just in time to keep our house warm for another freeze. Mark and the team The Coolest were great. I tried contacting a few other companies, and none of them were able service both airhandler/ductwork as well as mini split systems at a commercial property. I finally stumbled on The Coolest in a Google search, and they were able to do everything I needed AND get out to our office in a timely manner. All the work was done in one day in about 5 hours, and I felt confident in the pricing that they gave.

From the first call, I could tell that The Coolest LLC was run professionally. I asked for something specific, and the person on the other end gently tried to upsell me (as he should), pointing out the value in additional services. When I responded that I really just wanted a specific bit of preventative maintenance, he went ahead and scheduled it.

We inherited an ancient HVAC system when we moved into our current home. We used The Coolest several times to fix small problems before ultimately deciding to replace the entire system. I contacted 9 HVAC companies in Austin for a complete replacement of my residential system. I received bids from 7.5k to 15k for the same type of system. How can the same system cost twice as much. The answer is overhead. Incredible. The Coolest LLC not only beat the best prices out there, they provided a no-nonsense interaction in which they did not try to price haggle or up-sell me on anything. I knew what I needed and they provided the most competitive price for a "brand name" (Bryant) system. They have a 10 year warranty on the system parts and a 2 year warranty to back up their work

Working with The Coolest was a great experience all around. My AC stopped cooling over the weekend (in the middle of August, woof), so I called The Coolest on Monday morning at the recommendation of a co-worker, and they came out the same day. My old AC stopped working a little over a year ago in the heat of our ever painful summer, and that was when I first was recommended The Coolest to replace my old unit. Everyone I've talked to from the Coolest has been incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and quick to respond.

I was going to leave this at a 3, but someone asked me questions and I see the owner decided to take zero responsibility and actually pretend that the issue was me. Mind-blowing that this place could not see that I had been kind with the 3, but that is ok we will air the rest of the laundry on this for people.

My AC went out overnight, woke up to 80 degrees in the house with an infant and an elderly person. After having called about a dozen companies none of which responded or were all booked and unavailable to come out, I finally reached out to The Coolest with little hope.

When 27 years old air conditioner unit die in the middle of this Texas heat on Wednesday and had bad service from another company. I love these guys. They saved me in the dead of summer a few years back when my AC went out. They showed up that day and cranked it out. Marvelous Mark and Coolest Services were wonderful from start to finish. We’ve actually trusted them to service our A/C needs for the last two years. Each time was top notch. Mark was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, had a kind demeanor and didn’t try to over diagnosis our issues or upsell me at all. An insignificant detail but definitely went noticed, without my prompting, he considerately removed his shoes at the door seeing that was our family practice at home. The Coolest exceeded my expectations in service. My AC stopped working in a heat wave and they were the only company that could get to me the same day when other companies had a wait for days to a week later.
They're also extremely friendly and easy to work with-great communication and reliability made it stress-free once I reached them.

The Coolest really is the best! I've used them several times and they've always been great but just recently I called them late on a Sunday afternoon and they picked up right away and were able to send someone over the next day. They are very communicative and reasonably priced, as well as knowledgeable and give great advice. I never feel they're trying to up sell me or talk me into something that's unnecessary. Really appreciate these guys and highly recommend!

Our ac stopped blowing cool air over the weekend, so we called the Coolest on Sunday. Knute was upfront about the fact we could save the weekend fee if we waited until Monday morning. We were happy to wait a day, and our service person was even able to come an hour earlier than originally scheduled. Dagan was super personable, a very good listener, and was able to troubleshoot our issue & get everything up an running in less than 30 minutes! We had a electrician in our home yesterday doing some work. While up in our attic he noticed that our AC drain pan was leaking and the unit didn't look right. He was under no obligation to tell me about what he saw, but he did and I am so grateful. Cue the panic though...AC issues in Texas? Mark and Dagan were very helpful! They rerouted the ducts in the attic so the piping for the AC to the master bedroom is more efficient. We tested it out and now there is definitely more cold air coming out of the vent. Will check again in the hotter summer days.

The Coolest was able to send a tech at noon on Saturday right after the winter storm moved through Austin, and confirmed that my downstairs blower furnace was dead. They quoted a very competitive price, and Mark provided all the details on what was to occur during the AC replacement. He even did the energy rebate paperwork for me.
Curtis and his partner showed up at 9am on the day of installation, and they were both very diligent about the work they did. Everything was completed on

The Coolest lives up to their name. I had a unique install (minisplit in a railroad caboose), and agonized over a couple of details. Mark assured me this install was going to go just fine, and he was he right as rain.
I think some of his confidence must come from his trust in his team. The installers were consumate professionals, who knew the systems well, finished in record time, and explained it to me clearly. Kudos to them!

I've been meaning to write this review since the second week of August - aka hottest week of the summer. My AC started breaking down in the spring.
Unfortunately for me, I called a few other companies first and had 6 service visits from other companies before calling The Coolest. (I'd been getting patch jobs for 6 months from the other places, which helped for 1 - 2 weeks only).
