They have taken 2 years to start a project in my backyard. I've seen them plow everything under, flatten it, and then do nothing and the weeds all come back, twice now this has happened. Now this year they've got some actual construction going that they claim will be done in 2021... they need a time machine for that now.

Stay away or you’ll deal with issues on your home for awhile. If you see Bach homes do not purchase their homes. Multiple people in our neighborhood have had leaky windows and a “fix” was done, which wasn’t a fix as our neighbors are still having issues as well. Our window started to leak during our first years warranty and they have “fixed” it 7 times and each time they provided multiple different excuses on what the issue was.
1.”sometimes windows leak when it rains hard and there is a strong wind”.
2. “A staple/nail caused the issue” (apparently this happened 3 times”

Don't deal with this company for any amount of money. the 5 star ratings are by friends and family that have nothing to do with this company's actual work. Brian is especially the worst human I have ever met. A true curmudgeon at his most pleasant state of mind. F'ing D bag.

Seems like the general consensus is that Bach homes are a terrible company to work with. I purchased a home last March and have had nothing but trouble getting warranty work done. Seems like it’s the home owners responsibility to fix everything yourself. Courtny is the warranty manager, hard to work with. Never returns calls or it’s a no warranty item. Take everyone’s advice find a different home builder.

Not to long ago we stopped by a newer community in West Jordan and came upon a Bach model home! It was one of my favorite homes I have ever been in! Quality and design were top notch. The builder made great use of the space. To say that it was my dream home is an understatement!! When we are ready to buy a home again it will be a Bach home and my forever home🤗

We love our home it is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. That being said the home warranty is pure garbage.... Courtney manages our warranty requests and he is very unpleasant to work with. Customer service seems to be lacking. Our neighborhood has multiple trees dying and Bach fails to replace them saying it is the home owners responsibility. Neighbors and i have made complaints in regards to the issue and bach has refused to budge. The issue extends further into our individual warranty requests. Bach (Courtney) seems to ignore many issues and depends on the homeowner to fix

Just canceled our purchase with Bach homes. We are loosing our $1,000 earnest money check but it is worth it. By far the worst experience purchasing a new home I have ever had. This was going to be our 4th property working with a builder. During our final walk through, they tried talking us into ignoring major cosmetic issues with the house because it is "normal". Every other builder will bend over backwards to fix noticeable issues during a final walk through. Not only did they try to get us to disregard issues with the home, but they tried to get us to sign off on that day, that we would not
