Mountain Vista has been building a condo for me in Springdale, Utah. They have so far been ahead of schedule, and very responsive to any questions I may have. They build a great product, are honest, fair and I would choose to work with them again and again.

Their agents were great to work with. Repair requests were attended to promptly . When other builders are canceling contracts or selling newly built homes to the highest bidder, Mountain Vista is still willing to work with people to get the best value and the best price.

We have now been living in our newly built Mountain Vista home for a month. Overall we are very pleased with our home and decision to go with Mountain Vista. I would have given 5 stars, but a few minor things were never completed on the final punch list. I have been in the construction industry for 14 years and know what to look for when building a house. They did a fantastic job building the house. There was few minor issues I found during the construction. We absolutely love our home. They were so wonderful to work with. I am a building inspector and was very pleased with all of their work. Everything was done very well.
Any time we had a question they were quick to respond. Staff was very friendly and amazing to work with.

This company struggles with communication. When our footings where laid in the wrong places. We noticed it, 2 weeks after it had been poured, and said it needed to be fixed or we would take it to the city. (We had suggested the city, because prior issues in communication.)
SO They canceled our contract through our realtor. Not allowing their staff to talk with us.
Months later, reflecting on our canceled contract, we dodge a bullet. They struggled to follow their own drawings, at least in the foundation department. Also we saw no quality control being done.

We had our present home built by Mountain Vista, I’ve always had custom homes so the process was a bit different. I loved meeting with everyone at the very start and enjoyed getting to know them. Thanks to all who have helped build my house. For my part my house becomes more my home everyday. Thank all of you at Mt Vista! P. S. Love the views!

We've built several homes with Mountain Vista for clients. Great process and amazing people. Christina is outstanding to work with, and Dave is one of the best Superintendants I've worked with in the 25 years I've been doing this. We liked them so well that we had them build our daughters new home. Finally, I've NEVER had a cleaner final walk through with any builder...Highly recommend!

Loved Mountain Vista homes and working with Christina! They changed Superintendents halfway through our build but the process was so smooth you would have never guessed! We are very happy with our home. Our main concern was with other builders was they were on a 9-12 month build time because of the market for homes right now but Mountain Vista told us 4 months and they were true to their word! So excited to get moved into our new home, thank you to all Mountain Vista staff for making this process so smooth and easy!

We had a great experience with MV and more specifically with Christina! We built our house while we were living in Texas and they made the process so easy for us. We were able to move in on schedule and we truly love our home!
