We had a situation where we were fighting with our insurance company regarding payment and completion, and while Apple doesn't work with home warranties, they were able to come out same day to fix something that the warranty company's guy was going to take a week to fix! Apple Plumbing strives to be a full service plumbing company. We are experts in the trade and in all phases of the plumbing system. Whether pumping water out of a well, repairing a dripping faucet, or installing green plumbing products in a home, we never lose site of our mission. When Apple Plumbing first started, Pat ran the business by himself while Sue helped the family finances by teaching kindergarten in our parish school.
Well, this got me to thinking about the trades (electrical, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) in general and my trade, plumbing, in particular. And I'm thinking that it is good to be a plumber. After finishing four years of Plumbing College at Apple Plumbing and successfully passing the State Journeyman Test, he/she will be earning anywhere from $50,000 -$80,000 annually.
Bruce was outstanding! Our water issue was located in a crawl space that is less than desirable. He made no complaints about the area and got right to work. Once the problem area was identified Bruce reviewed the suspected problem and ways to address it. Cost was reviewed and work started. Bruce is very personable and comfortable to deal with.

Our hot water heater, installed by another company, called it quits before it’s 6th anniversary! Apple responded promptly and the Technician was able to verify that it was still under warranty, saving us the cost of a new unit. Talk about honesty and integrity!!! He replaced the unit, fixing some of the mess left by the other company. He was friendly, informative and professional. I will never call any plumbing company but Apple ever again. I called this company on a Saturday for an emergency repair on behalf of my mother. Within an hour and a half of my call they had not only been to her house but had made the repair. The rates were reasonable for a normal call, much less an emergency Saturday repair. Highly recommend!!!

Our air conditioning stopped working and the company I had a service contract with (BGE Home) could not come out for four days even though I was supossed to be a priority. They had even came and inspected it 4 days before and said nothing was wrong. I called Apple Plumbing and Air and they got me a next day morning appointment with a 30 minute timeframe (something BGE can't do). Tim arrived on time and was very personable and explained everything to me and immediately found that the issue was with the outdoor unit and that some parts were broken and rusted (something BGE Home should have immediately

I texted Luke on a Sunday about an overflowing toilet and he got back to me promptly. He offered to come out right then but I said I could wait. I called the next morning and they were able to send him out that afternoon. He examined everything and gave options. We decided to have a new toilet installed and they were able to come out the next day as well as fix two sinks and do a checkup of everything as well as research into some other problems we are having with water pressure. Very happy with Apple Plumbing and just wish I had started using them sooner! 100% trust them with my system and happy

These guys are great 👍! We were having issues with our tankless water heater for a while and came across Apple Plumbing on a recommendation from another company and they were awesome to work with. Pat came out in the afternoon and gave a proposal right away. The communication was great he kept us in the loop all the way. Luke our installer was incredibly his positive attitude and attention to detail was really what sealed the deal. We will keep using them keep up the great work!

We had an issue in April with our outside faucets leaking badly. We also wanted the rear water line moved to the outside of our deck. Dillon quoted us what we felt was a somewhat steep price but we agreed to the work. WOW! All I can say is that this young man is an artist! Not only was the work done with extreme care with mask and proper social distancing, but he was very careful to wear sure coverings when in the house. The work this polite young man did was nothing short of amazing. Well with every penny. Thank you Dillon.

Great first time experience with these guys! We had a water heater leak emergency and Jack and crew came prepared! Swapped old with the new they brought with them. We were very pleased with the work and professionalism. Even fixed the issue we were having with out basement sink pump.

Great and professional service. Excellent customer service which is hard to find these days! They caused some damage to my kitchen floor and were great with accepting responsibility and proceeded to take care of it through a contractor. Performed re-piping work with no issues at an affordable cost and with city certification. Overall, very satisfied.

Just want to give a shout out to Apple Plumbing. I had my tub/shower plumbing updated from an old 3 handle (hot/cold/diverter) to a 1 handle with a controller valve. They did great work, were very honest upfront about the possible costs that could drive the end price higher but came in well under that price ultimately. Cleaned up after themselves and were just really great to work with.

Gave them a call ....they stopped by the house said they get back with a price in a couple of days. Been over a week. Didn't even bother to give us a call back or anything? Can understand they're busy or even if they don't want to do the job- at least have the common decency to call back your customer that's waiting for you on the price instead of ignoring them and just never calling back.... typical Plumber

I cannot begin to express how much I love these people! They came out to replace my water pump while I was in the process of baking 300 cupcakes for my son's wedding. The job was done the same day. Chris , the technician, is absolutely incredible. I was having issues with sediment afterward and thought I had the problem licked but unfortunately I had not. I called Apple who immediately send Chris back out for no charge to correct the problem for me. Who else in the world would do that for you these days? Again, I love these people!!

I had these guys come in and do a re-piping of the water feed to the outside of the house. I have whole house water filters and the outside supply used that water (which doesn't need to be filtered) and there was no way to turn the water off and drain it for the winter. Apple put a new connection in, (pre-filter), ran the pipe to a turn off valve, added a drain valve, and connected to the outside. now I don't have to worry about frozen water in the outside pipe. He put the two valves in an easily accessible place so he thought about this. Didn't just slap it in place.

We found ourselves with out water suddenly and called Apple Plumbing. Within an hour, they had someone show up to diagnose the problem (our 20 year old well pump died) and give us an estimate for the repair. Before the day was over, the pump was replaced and our water was back on. Thank you Apple Plumbing!

We had a Sunday morning water heater leak and called several companies with few return calls. Apple called within minutes, and a technician came about an hour later. After diagnosing the problem, he immediately went to the shop for the part and came right back to install it. The price for the entire ordeal was less than BGE Home's quote just to come to the house! Ray was prompt, polite, efficient, and skilled. We asked for several cards so we could share with friends. We will definitely call Apple the next time we have a plumbing need!
