Their a family owned business that knows how to treat the customer; and their professionalism is unsurpassed.
They removed several large cottonwoods (two were at least 150 ft tall) in the alley behind my house and an Ash tree (65ft) from my front yard.
From the estimate through completion, they were very friendly, honest and courteous.
The entire team ( Bonnie, Anthony, Michael & Chip ) were safe, efficient

After several failed attempts to get quotes from AL recommended companies, I decided to use Google Reviews and quickly found BJ Haines Tree Service -- and I'm glad I did! They returned my call quickly and were at the house (with a certified Arborist!) within 2 days to quote the job. The work requested to be done: removal of one 75ft Silver Maple in backyard (near house and powerline), trim of large silver maple along property line, and removal of 3 pine trees growing too close to Elm (and stump grind all 4 trees). During the walk through, I asked Bonnie how she planned on removing the main Silver

Haines Tree Service, on contract with the city, ground up 2 tree stumps on the boulevard. They removed the wood chips and replaced with good dirt, then raked it out smooth and cleaned up the sidewalk adjacent. All I have to do it plant grass seed. Not only that, they cleaned up the mess on our other boulevard (we are a corner house) that was left by another company last year. That company left big roots and a mound of chips and dirt. When I asked them to do that, they were courteous and cheerful. I highly recommend this amazing tree service.

BJ Haines came and removed a 65 foot cottonwood. They ground the stump and hauled away the refuse. No damage was done to the surrounding garden area and they blew away any refuse when they were done. As ex-military, I appreciate professionalism, attention to detail and moving with a purpose. I will recommend their services to others and call them first if the need arises to remove a tree or seek their arborist expertise. Thank you for a great job.

Following last week's storm, we had a tree with roots pulling out of the ground and leaning toward our upstairs bedroom window. We called BJHaines Tree Service and they came out that day and cut down our tree and also trimmed up a very large maple which was hanging over our house. These guys really know what they are doing. They are knowledgeable, professional, safe and efficient in their work. We were extremely pleased with the work done and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree service. We used BJ Haines Tree Service to cut down a number of trees and trim others, they did a wonderful job at what we considered a reasonable price. The crew worked very hard and accomplished the task in 1 and 1/2 days, they did exactly what we expected and cleaned up after they were done, when cutting & trimming trees consider using this family owned and operated business.
