Terrible service. Didn't show up for two days and no call until 8 pm. On top of it, Jason hung up and didn't answer his phone when I told him I was displeased with his service. I waited for him and didn't even receive a courtesy call. I understand if he was running behind as there are many variables...... weather, staffing, complexity etc but no call until 8p on a Friday night?
I'd rather pay more to receive acceptable service and be able to have a professional conversation.

The Conrad Tree Service came out to bid our job in mid July. They made two trips to the property and offered a bid of $5500. They had other jobs in front of us, and responded to natural disasters in WI. Keeping touch over the summer, it is now finally our turn...September 9 they will be out to do our job. They called me at 8:30 PM on Sept 8 to say they talked it over and decided they can't come out for less than $8500. If I could give zero stars, I would. Beware! Their bid might not actually be "their bid".
