I just used SD Construction to turn a den into a walk-in closet. Scott and his team did an amazing job. He has experts to handle each task such as drywall and electrical. They are very knowledgeable in what they do and I will definitely use their services again. I also felt very comfortable having them in my home.

Scott is great! He just put a new roof on my house. The roof looks amazing and Scott and his crew also fixed some problem areas, like my chimney that needed new flashing and sealant. I have confidence that the weather will now stay on the outside of my house. Also super good on clean up. No nails or debris left over. They picked up everything.

Called SDC to get a quote on a deck build, and setup a date and time for someone to come over to discuss the project and take measurements. That was the last I heard from SDC, the appointment date came and went with not even a call to tell me they can't make it or to reschedule. If this is how they conduct their business and deal with their customers, I am glad I never got into any sort of contract with them.

SD Construction was hired to remodel a 3 season room, turning into a fully heated, insulated, usable space. The job entailed adding walls, siding, insulation, drywall, electrical, split unit installation, installing windows, and finish wood work. From the beginning, I was very happy with Scott and his team. I received the requested, itemized estimate within the time frame he gave me. We communicated mostly through email and the questions i had about the estimate and throughout the process were answered right away.

Some projects include a new back deck, a deck off my shed, Entry door, new roof and the latest project, a Carport.
