Allow their contractors to leave trash everywhere around the homes. The contracts throw scraps of construction materials into ditches and retention ponds because the dumpster is too far. Leave their litter (food containers, Gatorade bottles, Polar Pop styrofoam cups) behind at the end of each day.

Get your house fully inspected before you buy from them because they will NOT honor their home warranty. I have been trying to get them to do repairs for over 2 years. Once you buy the house, they could care less about you.

Awful customer service! You can forget about them honoring the home warranty that you PAID for. We’ve been in our home almost 2 years and have been given the run around to fix warranty items since closing.

Definitely mad the right choice on our Builder. Shane, Brandon, and Wayne was a absolute pleasure to work with.

These guys make building a home easy from beginning to end. This is my 3rd time building a home and this is my best experience. I recommend using Brandon to help assist you with your process.

We love our new shivers home! Everything is so clean and new.. Which coming from a 40+ year old construction, means a lot. Our punch list (which was brief) was taken care of promptly, and Landry made the buying experience a real "stress free" pleasure. Feel very safe in our new home, and love the way the neighborhood is laid out. The experience as a whole, aligned precisely with our expectations. Couldn't be happier, (love the layout too!).

We've been in our Shivers home for 3 years and luckily haven't had issues as our neighbors who have Shivers homes. However, Dealing with Shivers was horrible, unprofessional and extremely arrogant. Any small change to the house held a price tag of thousands of dollars and Any mistake pointed out, say a bathroom cabinet that ended nealry half way under a window which obstructed the tub and any potential hung mirror, and we were being unreasonable. Oh and the punchlist was never completed. Be careful with Shivers.
