To provide our customers with efficient, high quality homes by offering superior products, service and craftsmanship. At a young age, I discovered a passion for building things. Being raised in a family of contractors and builders, I was exposed to all aspects of the construction industry. Over the years, I have worked in nearly every trade involved in the building process.
With our scattered site cutsomers, we are able to help you with items that are unique to the property, such as sewer plants, water wells, gravel drives and dirt pads. These items are not normally needed in developments. In the development setting, we are more concerned with subdivision requirements and restrictions.
Our experience with Vicman Homes exceeded expectations. The design staff worked with us in the very beginning to create and modify our plans to remain in budget. Subcontractors hired throughout the build were top notch, obviously taking care to complete the job on time and without mistakes. We've been in our home for almost a year and have only had a few minor issues, all of which were remedied quickly.

Vic and Roxanne were great to work with! In the consultation phase, they helped us modify an existing plan to fit what we wanted out of our floor plan. They offered great ideas that my wife and I didn’t think of that worked out great in the final plan. Vic and Roxanne were always very prompt when answering questions. Vic always answers his phone when you call him, and Roxanne always responded to an email within the day. Vic was on location at least every other day. Taking notes and inspecting work that had been done. Roxanne was very helpful when picking out fixtures and colors for the house
