Kevin Lyman Roofing Co installs EPDM rubber roofs. There have been a variety of rubber roof styles developed over the years, but we have found fully adhered rubber roofs with Genflex products to be the most effective rubber roof available. First we install insulation with an r-value based on the requirement of the situation.

I can't heap enough praise onto Kevin Lyman roofing. My condo building has a flat roof, which sounds easy enough to replace, until you walk on it and see that it has HVAC systems from 6 units on it, as well as tons of detailing like skylights. I interviewed 30 *yes 30* roofers before selecting Kevin's bid. Many roofing companies declined to bid once they saw the level of detailing necessary. The other bids we got were so outrageously priced we were really starting to worry that our association couldn't afford the new roof we desperately needed.
