There is no catch! Over the past two years, we've looked at the most common deck size and determined it to be 14x20. We've also chosen the two most popular colors (1 gray and 1 brown) to offer. We saw this as an opportunity to create a win win situation. You can have a deck before spring while we get to construct a deck that is consistent.
Customizations on this deck include picture framing design, our lighting package for the aluminum railing and stairs, fascia, and wrapped posts. This composite decking color is a standout Tiki Torch by Trex. Deckorators Vista Series decking in the color Driftwood with Westbury aluminum railing with diamond pier footings.
Work quality was fantastic. Did not overcharge and was very reasonable and open to changes. We went through 3 iterations before choosing the plan and they were flexible and willing to do whatever we wanted. They made us feel in the drivers seat at all times. Mike and his team did a great job building our composite deck with rain escape.

We went with Foremost after getting 3 other deck bids. We had one bid that was more than twice what this bid was. We wanted to accomplish the job before winter, and were ready to move forward with this project late September and they wrapped up mid November. What we liked most was the money we saved, the guy (Mike) who came to handle measurements and determine materials was the same guy who installed, and he was courteous and professional. We are definitely enjoying our new deck this spring!
