You will be assigned a "Project Manager." The Project Manager will oversee your project to make sure that we perform the job to your expectations. 2. The roof materials you have selected will be delivered a few days before the start of the project. The roof materials in most cases will be stacked where you specify.
Jimco Roofing has all of the major manufacturer products with a wide array of colors to choose from. These products do offer a manufacturers warranty. As a Certified installer and member of the Cedar Shake and Shingle Bureau, Jimco Roofing can offer you the longest labor warranty. Bureau backs material warranties up to 30 years.
Jimco Roofing sells and installs Atlas and Malarky products which are U.L. tested and Class IV ratings, the highest rating possible for a lower insurance premium. These shingles come in laminated composition and dimensional series. Check out the wide variety of colors. Jimco Roofing installs several metal roof products, including stone coated steel and standing series.

It is too painful to go into too many details. I had to climb on roof and physically stop workers from roofing over wet rotten wood (the very reason I had to get a new roof). After being promised someone would be able to communicate with me 100% of the time, I spoke no Spanish and had to put myself between workers and roof while trying to get slick talking and intimidating James on the phone. They had to redo the chimney area at least twice. Foreman, James(sold me the job) and owner have all been here multiple times since work completed. They have "fixed" leak on deck roof 8 times.
