We were pioneers in the beginning of the dustless floor sanding evolution and have always kept up with the changing technologies. There is more than one approach to controlling dust in this trade but not all are conducive to the highest quality end result. We are more than happy to explain these differences in detail with an in-home, prompt and courteous free estimate.
Yes, in most cases you can be staying in the house while the work is being done. You can walk through the work area during the sanding process and there are only short periods of time (4 to 5 hours) that access is cut off for coatings to dry. Yes, the work can be done in separate stages if all furniture can not be removed from the work areas at once.

I would highly recommend Paul and his wife Alba to anyone who is looking for a floor refinishing expert. Paul recently completed refinishing our Oak hardwood floors, exactly as he scheduled it.
The preparation was meticulous and detailed. The application was consistent throughput the house. Paul mixes several cans of Poly into 1 batch, and then strains it through nylon to remove bubbles and any sediments. The end result was an extremely smooth floor, consistent coverage and an outstanding shine!

Paul Duffy is the Ultimate wood floor refinished. He is very customer oriented, very meticulous at his craft, and always sharing his knowledge he has accumulated over his 30+ years. Paul refinished our dining room, hallway,entryway and stairs this past week, and we are thoroughly impressed with the final results. Paul Duffy sanded and refinished our floors in our living room, dining room, and two bedrooms. The floors were in very bad condition. It was amazing how the floors came back looking like new again.
