I started communicating with Peck's Flooring while I still lived in Manhattan. I was moving to Plymouth, and wanted the bedroom and office tiled just after we moved in. Jean, the office manager, worked with me andwas always available and helpful. Jim, the owner, wanted to see the house, and we arranged for my realtor to meet him there. Danny, the installer, did a great job. Overall, highly satisfied and recommend.

Peck's did an amazing job with the flooring for our office renovation. The team was very professional and accommodating with the scheduling. They were extremely efficient and completed the job well before the deadline. Fantastic customer service and care across the board from the installation team to the office staff. Highly recommend.

We were delighted with our entire experience with Peck's. Our initial contact was for advice when Kent's Carpetland went bankrupt...with our carpet due for installation that day. Everyone at Peck's was willing to step in and really went to work trying to help even though we were not their customer. Once it was clear that we would need a new flooring company, the only place we considered was Peck's. Their customer service was top notch..polite, helpful and professional. They managed everything in a short time frame. Today our 4 rooms of carpet was installed and we could not be more pleased. The

Peck's completed a new tile shower for us. The entire process, from selecting the tile to installation was outstanding. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. The scheduling of the various steps of the install went as promised. The finished shower is stunning.
