I am so impressed with this company. I had ordered a new air conditioner and while waiting for the unit to arrive, my old air conditioner stopped working. I called the office and explained to Isaac that my 90 yr old mom was in the house and how difficult a situation I was in. He sprang to action and sent someone to my home to see if my old air conditioner could be rescued. It could not but at the same time, he got in his car and picked up the new unit that had arrived and I had a brand new air conditioner the very next day.

After Hurricane Irma, our A/C decided it was tired and didn’t want to work anymore. I called Steve and my new A/C was installed and we were up and running in no time even though I’m sure everyone was calling him after the hurricane. I left it to him and he took care of everything. Job was well done and we are pleased with our new unit.
