This company was a huge disappointment. The installers cut the countertop too short so part of the plywood is visible. Farbod, the project manager, assured me they would fix it immediately. After five months and numerous text message exchanges, there has been zero effort to fix the countertops. Farbod continuously made excuses. At one point he supposedly had us scheduled to have them fixed, but coincidently they didn’t show up because they all got covid. Save yourself the trouble and find another contractor unless you prefer fixing their mistakes yourself.

I love, love, love the design of my new house! The guys were professional and ,what’s most important, completed the project on time! I didn’t have a single issue throughout the entire remodeling time. It was a full remodeling project of an unoccupied house.There were a couple of late night rains, usually I would rush to the house very early in the morning to make sure the windows were closed ,just to realize the guys came before me and closed them, although the night before windows were left open to let the paint fumes out. That’s how considerate the team of the Main Street Flooring were

We closed on our house in March right when COVID went into full swing. Allen and his team didn't miss a beat. The house was in its original 1998 condition and a full remodel was needed; Allen and his team were incredible throughout the process. We were able to leverage their relationships with architects, engineers, the city for permits and any other referral we needed. Allen's knowledge, expertise and design guidance was unwavering and his attention to detail made it feel like we were his only client. Our house has been transformed and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome of the project

My husband and I started the process of buying a house right before the pandemic started and couldn’t back out due the fact, we wouldn’t get our deposit back. We also knew we had to remodel the whole house before we moved in. We were extremely nervous that would not find anyone to do the work, plus how would get the materials for the job because everything was closed. The timing of everything for a whole house remodel was a nail-biting experience. Not to mention we only had 5 weeks for all the work to be done before we had to be out of our rental.

Allen and his team came as a referral from a friend . I had gotten a few quotes and was very pleased with the pricing . It wasn’t the lowest, but defiantly wasn’t the highest.

Allen and the crew at Main Street Flooring are amazing. I have used them many times over the past 10 years. Hired them first to install carpet on a triplex in Costa Mesa, they did such a good job, at a good price that I had them do an estimate on my new office building in Santa Ana. Their proposal was the most reasonable of all the offers that I received. They did my entire building; floor tile, granite, carpet and bathrooms! I have since used them at my house and two other rental units. No one beats their price and their installers are fast, prompt and professional.
