I was scheduled to have a countertop consult and measurements done in my home, after 15 minutes past my appointment time went by I called and spoke with Laura, she said she would try to get ahold of Peter to see where he was at. She called back and said he wasn't answering. She said if she hears from him she will call me back. She called back and said that she spoke with him and that he completely forgot about my appointment. That was not a great first impression, and unfortunately I will not be using this company.
