Purchased a beautiful GWagon! Before buying I took it to get a pre-purchase inspection. During the inspection a leak was found, rear brakes and rear tires were red flagged. They told me I needed to pay $1000 to fix the leak. THE CAR WASNT MINE! Why would I pay $1000 for a car that did not belong to me. They agreed to fix the leak free of charge. We went back and forward about the brakes and they ensured me that the brakes are not bad. Less than 30 days the brake light was on. They agreed to fix them for $100. The owner was sitting in the front office so i explained our past experiences with other dealers. Bad cars, a/c not working, missing engine parts, car making noises, etc. He said “THAT WONT HAPPEN HERE!” I said to my self. “Let see; here we go again”. Well I was wrong!!!! This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle solely online and "sight unseen". I was so pleased with the professionalism and kindness that their team showed. From the first day until the last day when my car was delivered the process was easy and flawless. Even the Delivery man was just as nice and polite as he could be. Awful customer service. Red was my sales rep and he was extremely rude and would not even let me take the car for a test drive. He just assumed I was going to make a low ball offer. I was willing to go up to their asking price but after that experience, I will take my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this “dealership” to anyone.

My wife and I have had Land Rovers, Audi, and BMW motorcars. We've trusted Hamo and Arman with our business for over 15 years now. They're communicative, easy to deal with, and the pricing is always fair. The local brand name dealers come nowhere close on price and service. We've shopped at the dealers and our money goes a lot further at Dallas Auto Center. I like the integrity there and I always like saving money and when it comes to luxury cars, maintenance at a dealer is gets pricey.
