Mayes, LLC is a general contractor and construction management firm owned and operated by Gregory L. Mayes. Greg posseses nearly thirty years of experience building, and managing the construction of, major commercial projects, including some of the most complex throughout the region. Greg has a reputation for finding solutions to the toughest problems and making things happen on time and on budget.
Our Construction Management services allow our clients to retain control of a project, while placing day-to-day construction decisions in the experienced hands of our project management team. We find cost-effective solutions for project challenges that comply with the design intent and overall project objectives.
Design/Assist: A procurement strategy in which you hire the architect directly and we provide assistance to the architect or engineer as needed. Design/Build: A project delivery system in which we hire the architect and are responsible for design, permitting and construction, minimizing the owner's risk and creating a single point of contact.
Serving as General Contractor on the multi-million dollar project, Mayes LLC assembled a team of highly skilled craftsman and professional advisors to insure the project objectives were not only met but exceeded. The year-long project required a complete renovation of the building, protecting the structural bones and the character, while working within the existing footprint of the property.
