New Age Development Group was founded in 2002 by President and CEO Dexter Lanigan. As a full service General Contractor and Construction Management Company, we specialize in high end residential, commercial and government projects including Design-Bid-Builds. We have developed over 18 million square feet across the US and our company has a bonding capacity of $125 million.
I've hired New Age Development for three major challenging veterinary hospital projects and several smaller projects at multiple locations over the past 3 years. Dexter Lanigan founded New Age Development Group in 2007 and has since taken a hands-on approach with every project the company undertakes. Upon graduation from high school, Dexter decided to enlist in the United States Marine Corp and serve our Country. Unfortunately, in 1999 while serving for the U.S.M.C. he was injured.

Direct communication helps to bring a job on time. It also keeps a project schedule, that not all subs are aware of in line and moving in the right direction. Managing an overall schedule with multiple moving parts is difficult. There will be some misunderstanding along the way, professionally working through obstacles is the only way to solve those issues. I was part of that process and worked through a challenging project with Dan Campbell of New Age Development Group LLC. From a tight time frame, project delays beyond our control mainly due to weather, and logistics with subs, we work together
