Besides the beauty of the lamps and the fine craftsmanship that goes into the production of each one, the customer service team at Modern Bungalow goes above and beyond to make sure the lamp that is shipped is the right one for its owner. With no way to go to the showroom, I relied on them to get the right lamp, customized for my low ceilings. I love my lamps!

Many retailers will smile while selling you something and most times you'll be happy. It's when things go wrong that separates the retailers. We bought several pieces from Modern Bungalow (MB) and were very pleased. We did have an issue with a dining table that had a defect in the stain that was only visible under certain light conditions and angles. MB worked with us, first sending in a refinishing expert and then, after unsuccesful attempts, had our table shipped back to be refinished by the manufacturer. MB managed the entire process from pickup to re-delivery. The process was seamless. The

What I liked most is the "Free Shipping" because on other websites, the cost of the shipping was almost 50% of the value of the product! so it was that element what made me select this company for my purchase.

I'll tell you what, if you're looking for reasonably prices, authentic Amish-made furniture this is the place to go. Everything they have in their showroom is gorgeous! The owner Matt is a great guy and won't steer you wrong. Check out their virtual tour on Google to get a good idea of the style of furniture they sell. Highly recommend!
