Horrible tree service the operations manager Joe Gresham doesn't know or care about the capabilities of his employees. The pay caps out less for African American and Latin American workers. He put me to work a couple of months ago and fired me without any reason whatsoever after 3 days and disregarded the i-9 and w-2 paperwork I handed in to get hired and just gave me a random amount under the table and told me to leave. Got fired September 3rd didn't get my separation until October 15th. I think Lilburns tax commissioner should look in to this place of business because he is just hiring people

Joe Gresham, Certified Arborist, came to me by way of the National Park Service, my next-door neighbor. He was checking out a big tree in the Chattahoochee Forest with limbs hanging over my side porch, as a part of his contract with the NPS, and noticed a dead tree that needed removing. When asked, he promptly gave me advice about removing 3 trees in my yard that were struggling to get light (blocked by the forest foliage) and leaning towards my home. Will never use them. One of their crazy employees tallest pushed me off the road. He came out of no where behind me, rode as close as he could behind me trying to intimidate me. He passed me and cut short almost taking the front of my car with him. I caught up with him at the next stop sign and got his tag number: RKR 9187. I called their office and complained. I was promised a call back. It never came. You build a reputation or ruin it how you treat people. Will never use them. Happened in Newton County on Hwy 212.

RUN DON'T WALK AWAY! I had an arborist to come work a plan to CUTBACK my barrier trees and to top off some overgrown trees. The cutters must have come unsupervised because they totally stripped the privacy with my neighbors and did top off the trees but did not shape the existing drooping limbs. When I told the arborist what had happened, his response was..."What do you want me to do, glue them back on?" Now I have to find someone to take care of this mess, which they have no intention of. All 5 Company Core Values that they state were violated!

I have never used this company, but one of their trucks drove by me as I was walking home and the employee who was driving shouted some obscene things at me. Because the truck was stuck in traffic, he had the opportunity to shout at me three times as I would catch up to his car in the traffic, and he did each time. I emailed the company to voice my displeasure but they did not care to respond. I certainly wouldn't want to do business with an organization whose employees are so disrespectful to or okay with making women feel unsafe on the street. Our house was hit by a tornado on June 1,2018. A 35+ ton oak fell on the house and caused extensive damage. Casey Tree was first on the scene even though many homes were affected by the storm. They removed enough of the tree to get the tarps on the roof. Since our property in on a slope, Mr. Casey himself came out to offer his opinion.
The crew was amazing. Polite, willing to answer questions and given the devistation, they left my yard as clean as possible.
We have other trees that we are planning on removing and trimming up this summer. From this point forward, I will only hire Casey Tree.

Super Unprofessional. Call any other tree service unless you want to hire some condescending childish grown men... These two trucks were parked blocking the entrance into the atm around 8:30 at the Suntrust at Clifton and North Decatur. They were not operational. The two drivers, instead of helping my wife and moving so she could get through, literally sat and laughed at her as she tried to maneuver the parking lot . Now I understand that sometimes to work they might need to inconvenience people to deal with an issue. But these guys were out to be rude and obnoxious, while they sat on their rear

I was referred to Casey Tree by a family member, and I'm really glad I called them! We had several other tree companies come out to give us an estimate of the cost of removing a century-old wisteria vine that was pulling down 3-4 huge old oak trees in our yard. They all quoted us some insanely high prices that we knew didn't seem right.
Had Joe from Casey come out and he was friendly, VERY knowledgeable and delivered a very reasonable quote that included reasons why certain trees needed to be removed, and how they planned to do it.

I had the worst experience with this company. I spoke with Dennis and we tried to schedule an appointment for him to come and view my trees and give me an estimate. Dennis was running very late on his first appointment, so i asked to reschedule. On Friday, he calls me while i am at work, I told him Friday will not work, neither will Monday, i told him i would give him a call Tuesday to make an appointment. Well Dennis went ahead and went to my house, went to my backyard WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and set off my alarms. Then he had the nerve to open my mailbox and put the estimate in my mailbox. We spoke
