Founded in 1982, Viwinco Windows is a family-owned and operated window and door manufacturer creating custom-made vinyl windows, patio doors and associated products for new construction and replacement applications in the residential and commercial markets. Our president, engineers, customer service and sales staff have decades of experience and we are dedicated to meeting the changing needs of homeowners.
Replacement windows mainly differ from new construction by not having a nailing flange attached. As the name suggests, replacement windows are used to replace older, or less-efficient windows currently in the space. The two replacement window lines available through Viwinco are the Cambridge and Edgemont product lines.
Available for new construction and replacement projects, OceanView impact-resistant glass windows and patio doors are engineered to stand up to nature's most powerful hurricanes. Our hurricane rated windows are designed and manufactured in house. Our dedicated laminating and tempering departments ensure premium quality and unparalleled turnaround times on standard products.

Very Bad experience. Seven double casement windows. Would be nice windows if you get good ones. Had to have 3 sets of windows delivered. The first set arrived scratched, gouged with mechanical issues. Was told 2 weeks for replacement, it took over 8 weeks for the second batch to arrive filthy and in poor condition. I had to refuse delivery. They were returned for repair and clean up. Needless to say the third batch arrive another 8 weeks later, one with a repair ticket and a huge blob of glue between the glass. Two others have mechanical issues opening and closing, and the handles are also damaged

We installed new construction double hung windows made by viwinco in 2014-2015 and these are the nicest vinyl windows I have seen to date. They look as good today as they did the day they were installed including our 11 foot wide, 3 panel bay window. Undoubtedly will be installing these windows when we remodel our new home this coming year. Great quality.

Buyer beware! I purchased hurricane doors and windows 2 years ago. The doors received had fingerprints and marks inside the glass. They offered to replace the glass, which was done several months later. The replacement glass had fingerprints inside the glass as well, and one of the panels shattered after installation. My screens also broke. They offered to replace the panels again. I asked for new doors, which they refused. The next group of panels also had marks inside the glass. Two years have passed and I am on the forth set of panels and they have marks in the glass. During a recent storm,

My wife and I are currently having four oxo doors installed in our home and they are all hurricane impact, and we trusted Viwinco for the project. After researching many other companies this group has by far the best warranty in the business and also is able to manufacture the glass, leading to the door assembly much more quickly than anyone else.
The installers that this company uses are required to know their stuff, and what I am most impressed with is that when there were some problems, the Viwinco rep, ( Colin Baker ) not only came by our home and provided us with a lot of useful information

We have had to replace three windows (high wind impact windows)due to the seal in the windows not holding up after a few years, rusting out. The installation is expensive and customer service is poor. Very disappointed and has taken a lot of my personal time to take care of.

We love our new windows! They are beautiful, sturdy and work efficiently. Recently, Colin Baker came to make a couple of adjustments to the large tilt & sash double hung windows in our condo. He did a great job, worked efficiently and is very knowledgeable about the Viwinco products. Installed Viwinco windows at our new project. The old, drafty windows on this house needed to go and the new Viwinco windows fit in seamlessly. The kitchen window is my favorite! The quality is consistently very good and the look is exactly what we wanted.

Remember that customers are what makes your business sucessful. We bought brand new windows from you. THey were all scratched up and we are very inconvenienced and it is somehow our problem you screwed up and we now have to wait for you to fix it. Not a good practice if you want repeat business or good recommendations.
