We're unique because we have five separate businesses under the Berg umbrella. While at first glance, it may seem odd seeing Berg on both luxury home projects as well as enormous commercial warehouse developments, it's thanks to our separate divisions, leaders, and teams. Meet our five divisions that are capable of building just about any project in Pennsylvania.
To build enduring infrastructure, we must have highly capable, autonomous, and trustworthy teams. What sets us apart is a relatively decentralized leadership model in which we let the teams in the field lead. Company leadership is only there to serve each team and provide them with whatever they need, from equipment to more work.
The Berg way is built on simple principles. We find talented and experienced people, trust them with responsibility, work hard, keep safety ahead of everything we do, and teach those with less experience. We build with confidence but aren't ones to be boastful. Every project is another chance to prove ourselves, be creative, and create a great product and experience for the client.
Berg has completed multiple projects in commercial site work from reutilization of an existing building to new pad sites. We can provide the cradle to grave approach which starts with the clearing of the site and ends with paving and earth stabilization, or we can do piecemeal approach and handle the site work and utilities depending on your appetite for juggling multiple points of contact and schedules.
