I cannot give a star because the phone experience was so bad.
The person had the right number but called the wrong number. Late to call that they would not show up for the meeting planned over a week ago.
Used foul language on the phone. I guess they have enough business they can talk this way to people they don't know. I would not call unless you want to be berated over the phone for trying to get a quote.
