If I could give Mike a 10 star review I would! He was extremely professional. He met with us several times during the design phase of our deck to make sure all questions were answered. Once construction of our deck started, I was extremely pleased with his workmanship. As a licensed contractor, I am I bit of a stickler for craftsmanship. Mike and his crew were excellent. They followed all industry standards, and on several occasions went above the code requirements to make sure our deck was going to withstand the test of time. Lowcountry Pro Builders would get a much higher rating from us if it were possible. I would definitely give them a 10! We expressed to Mike that we would love to have a deck built off the back of our house before a graduation party we have planned in June. Mike told us that he would do everything he could to work us in before then. He delivered and much sooner than we expected! His crew worked diligently and was professional and prompt everyday to the job. The crew was very friendly. We witnessed very meticulous and precise work being done. I would highly recommend Lowcountry Pro Builders! Mike and his team were amazing to work with. Mike was quick to answer all my questions (knowing nothing about what I wanted in a deck), schedule us for the job, constant communication on the build timeline, and above all else - their attention to detail. Low country pro builders quoted a great and reasonable price for our fence then took off another good amount when I said I was a military veteran. The workers were fast and hard at work getting the fence up quickly. Was also very happy when they used screws on the entire fence. Fence looks great and should last many years.

It is with great pleasure that I give Mike and his team five stars for all their efforts. I had called and left messages for several deck building companies around the Summerville area. Mike was the only contractor that returned my call. His initial visit was thorough and he answered all our questions. We had some scheduling conflicts and Mike adjusted his schedule (as best he could) to fit our schedule. His team was on time, respectful of our property and did a masterful job for us. I highly recommend Mike (Lowcountry Pro Builder). They are the best!!

He was patient with us as we made changes in the project, never once making it seem like an issue even when it meant altering the work he had already completed. His work far exceeded our expectations and he always ensured we were happy with his progress.
