Yes if your definition of comfort is 90 degrees + in doors in the summer going on for more than a week as you wait for them to over charge and tack on unnecessary claims that do not solve the immediate problem. Technician seems incompetent at best after we questioned him on one of these "essential" add ons. He was hesitant to even check out the attic.. what? he can't take the heat??? People who answer the phone will make you go in circles having to verify if what they say is true. Then you call the warranty and apparently what they said is not true. And then another day goes by problem

These folks will send you a text message with a "window of time" that they will arrive to fix your A/C then when they don't arrive inside the window and you call them, the rude girl who answers the phone, will 1) deny they sent you a text confirming the 2 hour window of time despite having done so, 2) say the text was sent in error, 3) say we were told to ignore the incorrect text messages, and 4) say if the technician had arrived he would have told me they aren't authorized to work on my unit since it is on the roof. I can't recall ever spoken to the way this girl spoke
