Having your pond routinely cleaned by professionals is similar to visiting your trusted mechanic for an oil change. You can address any other issues/concerns you are having with your pond the same way you would with your vehicle. During our onsite visits, the most common concern we hear is 'I think my pond is losing water'.
We know you cherish your koi as they are like underwater puppies in the waterscape community. To ensure their safety we will test your water parameters (faucet and pond) before proceeding to make sure your koi do not experience extreme stress. The most common type of koi we encounter in MD, DC, and Northern Virginia are butterfly koi.

Here are a list of things you should do while you are outside to keep your pond clear and healthy all year long.
A pondless waterfall is a realistic stream flowing down from a waterfall into a reservoir. As the name suggests, there is no pond involved so the water flows down the stream into a reservoir and recirculates back up through a pump hidden inside this reservoir. The reservoir sits underneath rocks so it makes it seem like the water is flowing into the ground.

We had a pond that was losing 6 inches of water everyday and could not for the life of us find where the water was going. The guy from this company came and gave us a diagnoses and they came out the next day and fixed the leak at a reasonable cost. My backyard is no longer a mosquito cesspool thanks you guys

We bought a house recently with a relaxing backyard stream. Everything was fine until this spring when it started to leak and we had to fill it up everyday. The guys at the Pond Fighter accessed the problem and rebuilt the stream with new liner and waterfall. The finished product was even better than before and there is no more leak.

I just had June out to do a diagnostic. He was great, I really like him. He came out same day, texted before he came like he said, was super careful not to drive off driveway onto garden beds. He diagnosed my pond pumps had died, and he’ll be coming back next week to fix. I’m very happy to find a reliable pond maintenance company!!

The service June and his company provided was outstanding. We had our pond cleaned and a new waterfall built. They were very responsive to our initial inquiry and extremely knowledgeable when it came to offering solutions to meet our needs. Our pond has never looked this beautiful before! Pond fighter was absolutely amazing. They were professional, timely and did great work. I have used them for my multi level pond for several reasons including spring and fall clean up and pump failure and they did everything perfectly. They even came while I was at work and communicated clearly to me each and every step. I will continue to use them and would recommend them.

I have a 1/2 acre farm pond that I had neglected to maintain over the past few years due to my health. The edge of the pond was infested with huge cattails. I contacted June from The Pond Fighter and asked for an estimate on the job. He gave me a very fair price and came out with his crew the next day and pulled all of the Cattail out. Once again, thank you for your work

When we bought our house, we were surprised to find a backyard pond filled with fish and muck. It looked liked it had not been maintained in years.
