Apartment Renovations are at the foundation of the Omega Contracting family of specialties. Apartments, also known as Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU's) or Multi-Family Residences, require specific commercial construction skills that our teams of architects, engineers & contractors are well suited in executing.
Omega Contracting and Consulting specializes in commercial roof repair & replacement. Commercial roofs present a unique set of challenges such as large flat expanses, heating, air conditioning equipment, air vents and piping. These items all create obstacles to making a roof watertight and long lasting.
Commercial or Office Tenant Improvements (TI), aka Tenant Finish or Leasehold Improvements are the custom alterations a building owner makes to a commercial rental space (office, retail, restaurant or warehouse) as part of the lease agreement in order to design and configure the space for the tenant.

I have used Omega Contracting and Consulting for the past 6 years for roofing, pressure washing, concrete, and flooring. The crews are on time everyday, organized, clean, thorough, and detail oriented! Their customer service is exceptional and many times they come in under budget! Their customer service is amazing, and they take pride in their work! I highly recommend using them for all the various services they offer!
