Though fine-art schooled as an artist, DIANE PAPARO began her design career 30 years ago, deeply embedded in the world of architecture and construction management. As a result, she designs with the eye of an artist and practices with the skill of an engineer. Beauty, function, comfort and flow are her goals, artistry and ingenuity, her tools.
Diane Paparo Studio (DPS) is the product arm of Diane Paparo Associates (DPA). It was spun off in 2005 to accommodate a growing demand for the firm's custom products created for its interior design clients. The work of dp studio is set apart from much of the luxury market with a custom sensibility brought into the design of every product.
BE THE CHANGE Caring about social and environmental issues didn't present itself at our front door. Indeed, caring started from the inside out. A few of the many examples of internal change include: using filtered tap water instead of bottled water; our stationary is printed on recycled, chlorine-free paper using soy-based inks; our copy machine uses solid inks instead of inks that release Volatile Organic Compounds into the air.
