Justin wasa fast talking and called multiple times for a deposit. As it turns out he subcontracted the job after promising flexible dates for moving. More egregious Justin failed to notify the final payment for the company subcontracted required cash or a bank check before unloading at the final destination. When a company is paying for the mover this is unexceptable . Personal belongings withheld because the contractor fails to supply crucial information

I'm glad many others enjoyed the service they were provided. I did not receive good service. I used them about two years ago.
I was misled regarding cost. I was told it would be based on weight. When they started lifting the boxes I was told they were "too light" and it was illegal to move stuff that light so they wanted to charge by number of boxes.
The head person was rude to me. I had asked for certain services like mattress bagging, they didn't do it but charged me anyway. They dinged and dented my stuff. Completely stripped screws reassembling my daughter's bed so I couldn't take it apart

The worse company, do not believe their prices. They have so many hidden fees, very unprofessional. A trip that was supposed to cost me 799, at the last minutes when time is sensitive, they change the whole script, I end up with a 3 thousand dollar bill. Then they broke most of my antique furniture, I had 2 boxes missing, never recovered. Absolutely BAD BAD company

I love this company and I'm impressed with the service. In every case they handled the furniture as though it was their own treasured possessions they were transporting, provided clear and thoroughly documentation and were incredibly helpful and unflappable in what can be an extremely stressful time for owners.

Fantastic job, came on time, worked diligently throughout, and could not have been nicer. They navigated narrow hallways without making a single spot on the walls. The only damage to my stuff was the damage I did myself! Excellent Choice Movers were amazing. I have never used one of these services before, but was extremely happy and would recommend them without reservation.

We had a great experience moving with excellent choice movers from NY to California. Henry and his crew were phenomenal, efficient, professional, and careful. Excellent choice movers were assigned by a broker to us and we were very satisfied with there service. Ray was the driver in California he was great and took care of our items. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were very unfortunate to choose these movers for a long distance moving...very poor customer service..every phone call starts with an argument or covering up instead of taking care of the problem.Very irresponsible by "Passing the ball " game in every stage of moving..with a repeated comment "Its not Us..somebody else".Doesn't take ownership for any issues regarding moving.Excuse for delay in delivery was "Driver sick and in hospital".Customer service argues.."we are a big company".Really..?? without a spare driver???
