I completely regret hiring this company. I was under the impression that Karen had basic knowledge of Montgomery County setback law (nothing structural within 8' of property line). She claimed she had no idea AFTER cashing our check. Now we can't proceed with the job AND I'm out $1900. I feel completely CHEATED.
