Price for service was hundreds under quotes from other plumbers. Service was excellent. He spent extra time, both on the phone when we contacted him and at the time of service, to explain and show us details of our new water heater. He modified some of the plumbing to bring it up to code without charging extra. He was considerate to wear a mask while in our house and took extra precautions to keep things clean. Wish we would have found him earlier. Will definitely use him again for any plumbing issues.

Josh is the best plumber and one of the best professionals I've ever worked with. He seriously went above and beyond the call of duty. He came out to my house on short notice and went through a lot of trouble getting parts in a short time frame to complete the important job that he did for me. What's awesome to me to is that for his expert service he charges a really fair price compared to others which makes his overall value tremendous. Our water heater went out unexpectedly and after struggling to get someone to come and check it out on such a short notice, we almost gave up but ended up calling JKB Plumbing. Not only did they manage to fit us into their tight schedule, but showed up fast and took an amazing care of us. Josh came out to fix our toilet. He was able to get us in within 24 hours of me calling and fixed the issue in the least invasive way possible.
Not only did he fix the problem, he educated us on how to fix smaller problems on our own in the future.

I have known Josh for a while. I have even worked with him on some plumbing jobs as a volunteer for somebody in our ward.
He is a great plumber. With working with him side by side I have seen how hard this guy works. And what he knows.

I had a main line replaced by Josh. It went well, The plumbing work itself went fine. As expected, the grass above was torn. These things I expected. What I did not expect was for the entire area to be messed up. There was dirt thrown a good 20 feet from the dig site killing the grass that has nothing to do with the job. I now have to pay to have it fixed. The grass at the dig site was also left uneven. It was so bad that I could actually stick my hand under the side walk. There was no leveling work done. It looked horrible and I don't understand how a professional can lack so much pride in
