In 1972, Brian Cooper was graduating Farmingdale College for Landscape Design, when he took a note off the school bulletin board with someone looking for a student to do a full landscape construction project for a gunite swimming pool. Although he was reluctant to take on such a large job fresh out of school, the homeowner offered to pay him on a daily basis and if it wasn't working out to part ways.
Our 2 acre nursery caters to Long Island homeowners and commercial properties. Come visit us for a large selection of unique trees and shrubs, annuals, perennials, bulk & bagged soil/stone, decorative boulders, pottery, statues, fountains, bird baths, water garden supplies, etc. Here you will find everything you need to create your own landscape project.
At London Landscape, we treat our clients like family. Our team will work with you to create a backyard that is a true reflection of your lifestyle and personality. When working with one of our landscape designers, the process starts with a free, no obligation estimate. If a design is required, we charge a small fee upfront for this service which will be applied to the landscape installation cost.

Jess from Londons came over to my house to help us plan our border garden. He did a beautiful job. The crew that came to install the plants did a great job as well. They left my yard looking neat and clean. Any question I have had since the instillation were answered promptly. I feel confident that if I needed them to correct something they would without hesitation. I will be installing another border garden in my front yard and London will absolutely be doing that one as well.

I just wanted to share that I used London Landscape to redesign my front gardens and create a new back garden and I couldn't be happier with the results! A special shout-out to Anita, our landscape designer, who did a great job assessing the areas to pick the right plants to achieve our desired look. Anita was onsite the day of planting and was flexible with last minute changes. The crew was also very nice and knowledgeable ( shout out to Nelson!!). My husband and I had a great experience with Jesse! We were lacking landscaping in the front of our house for a few years and desperately needed some! He came out to our home and got some ideas from us for what we liked and were looking for. Then we met at the nursery and did a walk through to finalize the plans and plants. We really appreciated his knowledge since we're just starting to get green thumbs. The men who did the planting were very professional and kind. I have always dabbled with my home's landscape. I have made a-lot of errors over the years mostly because of the limited daily sun. That said after the last tropical storm i lost a huge maple tree. I decided to hire a professional landscape architect that is how I ended up a London Nursery. This nursery is long established. I met Jesse the son of the founder of this nursery. He is a personable young man with creative ideas. I hired London to complete my modest planting and every worker was polite and i was completely satisfied with with every part of this project.

We contracted London Landscape for masonry around our new pool as well as yard repairs due to pool construction.
Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with - he listened to our ideas, offered some of his own and together we came up with a beautiful plan. The masonry team was fantastic! Super nice guys - super professional and the answer was always "whatever you want - we only bring solutions, not problems". They always cleaned the work area before they left for the day and always arrived every morning on time. Frank is meticulous in his craft, overseeing his team of mason's.

This is the 2nd year in a row that I purchased a tree from them and it completely died within 10 days. This year I also purchased the Prolong liquid that they suggested and it did nothing. I’ve always had a real tree I’ve never had this problem. I Won’t be getting my tree there anymore. When I called their only solution was for me to dismantle my tree and bring it back for an exchange.

London Landscaping was at our home this morning to deliver, plant azaleas and add mulch in our backyard. The workers were highly professional and did an excellent job. Because there was mulch left over, they added some to our front yard too. They not only did planting but cleaned up and watered before leaving our home. This company is top notch. I was at London Landscape yesterday to buy plants. I decided to by a Shamrock holly bush. When I brought it into the building to pay, I noticed two workers (the cashier and a female garden worker) were not wearing masks. I said to the cashier, "it's a state law that all people in stores and shops wear masks." she said to me "It's only a recommendation." Had to make an update about London landscape.....they recently made a donation in honor of one of my special needs students who passed away suddenly a few months ago....
Brian, the owner, didn't hesitate to donate a beautiful tree after hearing the story.
The school district I work for was so impressed by his donation!
Also, I needed some help finding the perfect plant for a large barrel I have...Brian's son walked around the entire property with me patiently helping me until we found something just right.
Had to upgrade them to 5 stars :)

My family has been going to London Landscape for years! We got our landscaping done by them a couple of years ago along with pave driveway/walkway and everything went smooth and came out lovely. We have them come to hand prune twice a year because we are not a fan of other landscapers using electric shears on our precious trees and shrubs. Every year we get out annuals (flowers,herbs etc.) and they always seem to have the best quality flowers. You can tell they get orders in every week and they keep everything fresh. Gift shop is also very nice!

So a friend recommended me to go to London for a bunch of trees and shrubs that died in super storm sandy. They are having a 25% off sale on all trees and shrubs which is a huge deal for us on the south shore! I brought a pic and Carlos, the nursery manager helped me pick out a bunch of stuff for my yard. He was so knowledgable and helpful. My purchase was pretty large so I had them deliver it for me and I also threw in a couple of yards of compost on the delivery as well....
