I hired Meadow Air to replace our heating and cooling system and any duct that was needed. It was a difficult job to replace the heating side of the system in a very tight attic space. I heard no complaints and the guys were very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them for any AC service.

Terrible business. I had an A/C go down and called this business to have them fix the problem. When they were here, they fixed the system without informing us of what the problem was in order for me to decide how to go about this. They repaired a thermostat wire, but did a bad job with the repair. A week later, the same problem came back. They were trying to upsell us a new unit, because of the wire. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they never responded. Just shows they are willing to rip you off and take no accountability foe their service.. Stay away from this business

My air went out and I called in the morning they said they would be here between 4-7. Got a text at 330 he was on his way. Robert showed up and had my air up and running in less than an hour. He was friendly and professional. Did a great job and I was very happy with him. I will tell everyone I know about Meadow Air and I recommend they highly. Will be my go to people for all my air needs. Thank you guys so much! Just over 2 hours and can feel the difference already. Great company and friendly people from the lady I spoke to to Robert who did the job. Can't say enough good things about them all

I gave 3 stars because they came out to me on a Saturday when it was 116 in Waddell.
Knowledgeable, and quick. That is the end of the "good".
Charged me $460 to replace a capacitor on a Saturday. This is the absolute highest I have ever heard of anyone paying for the 20 minute replacement of a $15 - $20 part in my life.
If you have another option, your bank account will thank you. We could not afford this but didn't have a choice. 😐

I called Meadow Air when my AC went out on a Saturday afternoon with 110 degree heat. The company I've dealt with for years told me they couldn't get a tech to my house until Sunday or Monday. Cory at Meadow Air came to my house at 7PM on Saturday, and diagnosed my problem. We agreed to have a new AC system installed on Monday morning. Cory was able to bypass the compressor shut off that normally would protect the system, so that I had AC for the next two days. He didn't charge me for any of his work, even though he had every right to do so. On Monday, Robert and Thomas came to install my new system
