Today, Metal Form LLC is a premier manufacturer of a wide range of air control, sound control, and evaporative cooling products for commercial, industrial, and institutional applications. We specialize in designing and manufacturing solutions for custom applications and requirements.
Metal Form Manufacturing roof curbs are fabricated from 18GA galvanized steel and are continuously welded for durability and strength. They are available in flat, single, or double pitch configurations. Options include acoustical baffles, internal insulation, pressure treated wood nailer, and damper/shutter tray.
Commercial Acoustics sound attenuators are manufactured in many varieties, module sizes and materials, including no-fill models and models that eliminate acoustical fill entrainment into the air stream. Our industrial silencers are engineered for HVAC noise control in commercial industrial and institutional applications, including hospital and clean room systems.
Commercial Acoustics transfer grille silencers are designed to provide the highest levels of privacy and security while allowing the necessary air flow. Grille transfer silencers can be used as fresh air intakes, exhaust air outlets, or for room-to-room air transfer. Options include dampers, grilles, custom sizes, and custom materials such as aluminum or stainless steel.
