I have previously worked with this company and they were excellent. Fast forward 2 years from this work and the drip was placed in an area that has damaged my pavers. After reengaging with them to have it resolved, I was met by a rude and condescending customer service rep. I will not be doing business with this company after their work damaged my property and their staff has gotten rude.

TOTAL RIP OFF. Charged me $190 before arrival, I should have know better based on them charging me before they even showed up. Then a repair that should have been and additional $30-100 (fuses and capacitor) was quoted as an additional $330. Total rip-off. $520 to replace fuses and a capacitor is simply taking advantage of people!

Most amazing air conditioning company! We've used them twice, and they have been amazing each time. Tonight our air conditioner went out when it was 110 degrees outside, I'm pregnant and cranky, and I have a one year old who is too hot to sleep. We called them and they were here in about an hour. It was fixed quickly and for an extremely reasonable price! These guys are fast, honest, and know what they're doing. I can't recommend them enough!

Our air conditioner went out on a Friday evening before a three-day weekend. Daniel @ Preferred Air was recommended to us by local friends. We have two units on the house, one which needed complete replacement, as well as servicing the other one. We had 5-6 estimates from many other places but everyone wanted to sell us Trane units, and pricing was all about the same but really high in the $6500 range for replacement unit and service on existing. We recently had Preferred Air replace both of our HVAC systems. From the time Daniel came to provide the initial quote, through the installation and follow up to ensure the system was functioning as we had expected, he was professional, courteous, and thorough. Since we've lived in our home, we've had about 6 to 7 different companies come to work on the units at various times and none of them seemed to be too concerned that they were doing the job correctly. Daniel was awesome! He was able to come out the next day and was able to solve our AC leak quickly and affordably. Also, unlike many AC companies I have used before, I believe Daniel was honest and gave his best price! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I came home at 6pm and found that the A/C was not working, fan was just blowing out hot air. Requested quotes for help and Preferred Air was quick to respond. They were able to send Daniel over for diagnostic. He arrived about an hour later, discovered the issue, fixed it, put everything back together and we had cold area blowing again before 8:30pm!
