Careful, does not follow laws. Crew started working on a site and making tremendous noise (machinery) before the legally allowed time in Seattle residential zone.
Despite politely asking the owner to stop, he gave an excuse and it continued. If management can’t follow simple noise codes, where else could they be circumventing the law?
