Beginning with our first meeting with Humberto, he was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.  He paid close attention to all details and communicated all facets of the project so that we knew exactly when and what was happening each day.  Humberto was on the job site most days to answer questions, and we never felt rushed at any time during the project.  His crew were friendly and respectful, always wearing masks. Â

Working with ODM Construction was an incredible experience and I want to especially thank Humberto, the general contractor and Oscar, his son, for taking their time to making sure my first renovation project was a success. The whole team was very professional, efficient, clean, and have excellent craftsmanship. Anytime I had a question I could just call Humberto and he would answer my questions. Humberto was on the job site everyday, was diligent and followed through with every detail. When issues or unanticipated conditions arose, he proposed quick and reasonable solutions.

We have worked with a number of contractors over the years, but Humberto and ODM were different. There was a level of pride and accountability that I have not experienced before now. The crew would clean up after each day of work, which was very helpful given we did such a major renovation during a pandemic home lockdown.
The transformation of the house is incredible. We removed interior walls, added a shower to bathroom, moved the kitchen and opened up 45 feet of bi-fold doors around the new living space. This was a huge undertaking that required new footers and significant structural work.

All the crew were respectful and really became like family over our eight month project that finished within 2 weeks of the projected completion date! We LOVEÂ Â the ODM team and all the that made our dream a reality!! The old adage you get what you pay for is so true. We have a beautiful new kitchen great room master bath walk-in closet and laundry room! They did not miss anything. We couldn't be happier with the work from ODM Construction. The price of the renovations was reasonable. Humberto help us in getting all the necessary permits for the renovations, a process that I would not have been able to do without his expertise and guidance. Humberto was always available, and the whole crew was efficient manner. The team was on time and easy to work they were wonderful! Extremely professional and hard working! Our experience with ODM Construction was very positive. We did an extensive remodel of our kitchen that included taking out a wall and creating a great room, not to mention our home was built in 1962, so it was complicated. We met with Humberto the contractor/owner of ODM Construction to review the scope of the project.

Humberto and his crew are great. They provide a different experience than your typical contractors. They are always on-time (often early), professional, clean (will always take the time to put on booties in your house and cover up furniture in the rooms), and clean up and remove equipment every day. They don't cut corners and leave things around, even on multiple day jobs. His attention to detail, concern and cleanliness are something that his teams all have ingrained in their professionalism. We have used him for multiple jobs and will continue to use him and refer him for future work.

My overall rating of ODM Construction is EXCELLENT. Moving from San Francisco to Los Angeles our house needed some updates. Humberto was the contractor for a complete renovation of my large master bath. I am very, very pleased with the results! Over the years, I've learned the hard way that you get what you pay for when it comes to contractors. I have hired lazy, messy, cheap, argumentative and plain dishonest contractors in the past. I was burned bad. This time around I hired a true professional. No more going with the lowest bidder to save a few bucks. Umberto is the co-owner of ODM and is hands down the best I've worked with. Why? 1) He's HONEST and holds himself RESPONSIBLE for his work. If things are going to take longer, cost more, need to be fixed, adjusted or modified... he will tell you upfront. No surprises.

I expected someone in his work clothes to get under my deck to look for dry rot. Instead, I got Humberto, all dressed up and cologned, who told me he could not crawl under the deck because he was not dressed for it. Yet, he gave me an estimate of $4,000 based on his professional speculation!!! Mind you, I had already been told by another contractor that only 6 boards needed to be replaced, and it would cost around $1,400. I thanked Humberto and sent him on his way. I sure know whom not to call again or recommend to my friends.

Home renovations are never easy or comfortable but Humberto and his team made our experience a smooth one from step 1 of breaking ground to all the way through to the final touches.
ODM Construction is a great option if you're looking for a contractor. They can do it all from paint, to electrical, to my bathroom remodeling which came out perfect. Humberto told me 3 weeks it will take to remodel my bathroom and it was done in 3 weeks.

My husband & I are extremely pleased with ODM Construction and their quality of work. We hired ODM to do several interior & exterior remodels over the past month & a half. ODM helped us design our master bathroom & closet. I am absolutely happy with how everything turned out!!! Humberto and his team of workers pay close attention to detail and as a result their work is top quality! They never leave anything unfinished or a mess either.
