Craig was outstanding! We had two other companies out to diagnose a problem with our outbuilding heater and were told that there was nothing wrong with it even though it would make noises and shoot flames out when starting up. Craig discovered that the heater wasn’t set properly for gas flow and fixed it. We now don’t have the problems. Thank you Craig!

The techs from Pugh came in with booties and masks and within a short time had diagnosed the issue with the furnace. They went to retrieve the part and completed the task making sure to run furnace and check CO2 level. Super impressed with Mike's knowledge.

Our A/C stopped working today, which was a Sunday. I called this company, fully expecting to just leave a voicemail but was pleasantly surprised to speak with someone. Within 15 minutes, I received a call back from Mike and he was able to come to our house within an hour or so and get us back up and running. I also work on call and I know it’s not awesome to have your weekend interrupted but he was very kind and very professional and we’re so grateful for the excellent service we received. Would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again.

The people who work for Pugh have been so competent, thoughtful and thorough in the work they've sone for us. They installed an air conditioner in our home, which had never had air conditioning before, so all new wiring as well for the unit. I appreciated not only the care they took of the project but also the care they took of our home. I recommend them without reservation.

Not the most honest company! They can not tell you the price of parts or the cost of installation. They just give you a number that pops in their computer. They are over priced compared to many other companies around town. Do some research before deciding to go with them. I believe I was over charged to do a simple part installation. To verify I asked them to quote me on another project i was planning on around my house. I was not surprised when they quoted me $250 more than my highest of 3 other quotes. Save some money and call around I guarantee u will find what you need for a whole lot less

Paul cleaned our dryer vent and did an outstanding job. He arrived at the scheduled time and was very polite. I didn't realize that the full vent line needed to be cleaned every 2 years and ours had not been cleaned in over 6 years. Our line is very long and there was a tough clog somewhere in the middle of it. It took an hour and a half for Paul to clear it, and there was no added charge for this extra effort. After he was done, our utility room was immaculate. Needless to say, we will call Pugh again when it's time for the dryer vent line to be cleaned.

Pugh Heating has been an excellent company to deal with for heating and air conditioning. I especially like the new thermostat they installed. The service technicians have always been very respectful and have cleaned up whatever work they performed. We have had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by them. Their prices are reasonable.

Used Pugh for a new furnace and air conditioning unit about 10 years ago. Minor issues with the installation, but nothing to prohibit recommending the shop. Have used them for preventative maintenance and emergency work since then, and am always pleased with their responsiveness and the caliber of the tech that comes out. Very thorough and professional.
