Today my bookcase has been installed and the Mark bed from Jesse was put together. The installation was perfect and the assembly of the bed was terrific. I am very pleased with the purchase and although I was nervous, your guys exceeded my expectations. Super nice, super professional, great work by the installation team. The sales person Annabelle did a great job in recommending the items. Kenia who coordinated the delivery and scheduled the installation was responsible for a smooth delivery with no hassles. From the outset Victor was incredibly helpful with showing us pieces he thought fit our needs and helping us select fabrics. After we purchased our sofa, we decided we should consider Anima Domus for a dining table as well. We were in need of a very large table, which is difficult to find. They had one which wast on display so they kindly assembled it in their showroom so we could see it in person.
We also visited their outlet on several occasions and the customer service there was just as good as the showroom. They

I purchased the cuff bed and was provided with an exceptional product and service . The bed is made of high quality materials from Italy that was well worth the 3 month wait. Beside the fact that they have a fantastic selections of furniture with friendly and knowledgeable sales people I wanted to mention the department that we don't see, the one giving services. I bought lamps a year ago ( granted I used them for 2 months and had to leave) upon my return they were not working and Anima Domus after a short conversation with them they were willing to send a service man and in a very short time as I was leaving again. I was very impressed with their speed, politeness but above all willingness to help with a product that was bought a year ago and was not installed
