Great carpet installation; long installation times. Our lone carpet installer arrived at 9am and didn't leave until after 8pm, although he worked hard and steadily. He was installing four average-sized rooms of carpet + a stairway. I thought maybe we had bad luck to have only one installer working by himself, especially since he placed multiple calls to get another installer to join him, but the front-desk woman at Willow Creek shared with me that it is common for them to only use one installer. (Our previous experience with carpet installation is that a small team would do the job in a half-day

We worked with Jay on having all of the flooring replaced in our house. He was very helpful in picking out the best carpeting for our needs. We have cats, so wanted to make sure the carpeting would hold up. The store has a lot of product on hand to choose from and it helped that I was able to take samples home to match colors and their prices are very competitive. Exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Willow Creek Flooring.

We have looked to Jay and Willow Creek Flooring to complete our flooring projects in our past and current residence. Jay is very professional, listens and works with you, and offers excellent suggestions. His crew does an outstanding job on both removing existing flooring and installing new, whether carpet or vinyl. In addition, they did an awesome job on a back splash and counter top project. I can't say enough good things about Willow Creek Flooring. We purchased carpet from them for our entire home several years ago. The cost was reasonable and the carpet quality and the installation were both top-notch.....it still looks as good as new! After such a positive experience we decided to once again go with Jay for a master bathroom/closet remodel, which includes 2 different flooring types and a large tiled walk-in shower. We couldn't be happier. Working with Jay and Krista has been super. They are both very knowledgeable and take the time to explain different products and patiently answer

I recently used Willow Creek Flooring for a kitchen remodel. Not only do they offer help with flooring, but they also can help with window treatments, granite or quartz decisions, and choosing a backsplash. It is a great place to coordinate lots of the choices when doing a remodel. What I liked most about Willow Creek was the customer service. Both Krista and Jay made you feel like you were a V.I.P. customer, and allowed you to take many samples home to try out for possible use in your home. Highly recommend.
