EAC has saved me twice this year! I am an Airbnb host and I manage my property from out-of-state; EAC has saved my guests' stay experience twice this year alone, for both AC and heat repair. This is a company that will answer your call (even after hours), show up ASAP, and make sure the job is done right. Every technician I have worked with (Frank, Ryan, and Nico) has been ultra-professional and knowledgeable, and they always made sure things were well-communicated and all set before they left. Michelle, the dispatcher, is wonderful as well; she always makes sure you are taken care of. I'm so grateful

This is the second time in 6 months I’ve had to call them back because something was left undone. This time 5 hours later the inside house temperature was 82. When I investigated, I saw they left the fuse out of the box for the heat pump. Called the office about my concern about this and something else that might not have been done. They said a service manager would call me. Two days later still no calls. I guess my business is not important to them
