I have used this company for several years to service my unit. Its now 10 years old. Every single time they come to service this 2x a year the sales person is in tiw trying to sell me a brand new unit. I have had no issues with this unit that warrant replacing a whole system. I was disgusted after this last service call and don't have any faith in the repairs they did. I was told a new capacitor and some freon. Convienely the tech had a capacitor with him. Hevalso said I had what he thought was a leak in the inside unit.. the unit had been off for 24 hours and he never took it apart to see if there

Be careful with Epperson. Especially if you are elderly. They sold my parents a top of the line, but oversized unit (more$$$’s) and then when that unit was source of excess condensation and mold, they charged thousands again to come out and fix it. I understand that there are few choices on the island but be aware.

My AC went out on Monday, they called Tuesday, to let me know they would be there in an hour, it is Wednesday, and I have yet to see them 😢 they came Thursday morning for 10 minutes and left, still not working, said they would be back later this afternoon, they have three more house that had to fix before coming back to me, which was supposed to be fixed Tuesday morning! I’ve waited on them for 3 days, missing work, sitting in a hot house

We used epperson for a new whole house mini split ductless Mitsubishi system. We did get 3 quotes and epperson fell in line with the other 2 companies we sought. I will say what sets them apart is the personal relationships they have with their customers and their ease of contacting sales person/service manager directly. Eric was our salesperson and knowledgeable and efficient in preparing the quote. He saw us through the process from start to finish. And he immediately responded with any requests or scheduling changes I had. But the star of the show was Eddie, the service manager, that installed

I did not want to even give this company a star but had to so I could write my review. Called on Thursday as we were having an issue with our HVAC system. The woman I spoke to stated that there was an opening for that evening and she would call me between 5 and 5:30 PM to give us the tech's ETA. At 5:50 PM she called and Informed me that the tech… Mike would arrive in about 2hrs. Fast forward to 11:30 PM and no tech I went to bed. The next day I called, giving them the benefit of the doubt that something happened, nope just a no call no show. They apologized and offered me another appointment

We had an issue with our A/C and Steve arrived this morning and thoroughly checked out our system to seize the problem...thank goodness it is an easy fix and he was so kind, patient and positive! We really appreciate people who are so eager to help ...especially when I was so irritable and unhappy upon his arrival. Steve was a true gentle spirit and I appreciate how he addressed the situation and fixed it !!!
