I had them to do my bathroom floor with ceramic tile, and it cracked in 4 weeks I contacted Mr Dean several times, and he promised to come and fix it, but he never showed up or returned my calls, I will never deal with this company again, I wasted $684.00 for 40sq ft. I would give them a zero if I could. You take your own chances with them, I won't do it again. I'm thinking about filing a civil lawsuit.

I recently hired Premier Flooring Group to install hardwood floors on the first level of my home. The contractors assigned did an excellent job! Our steps were sanded and stained to match the floors which created one beautiful look. Mr. Dean was professional, patience and maintained an open line of communication. Project ran several days behind schedule inspite of leaving my home completely in his possession for several days (costing me days off work and out of pocket expenses for other items that were dependent on the floors being completed.) Mr. Dean walked into my home several days before completion abartarily demanding more money above the price invoiced and paid. Several small installation flaws and Mr. Dean never came to inspect or close out installation. Floors are STILL under warranty and beginning to warp and Mr. Dean will not honor the warranty. Totally disappointed.

Just terrible! Work was not subpar; crews had to come out and correct the errors. Customer service was the worst. Mr. Dean was ugly to my Administrator because she requested additional paperwork to comply with the company policy for subcontractors working on property. He actually caused a scene in my office and our CFO had to intervene to deescalate the situation. So unprofessional all around!

Mr Dean and his team did a tremendous and very professional job installing hardwood flooring in my living room and family room. I already had hardwood in my adjacent foyer and kitchen and the new flooring matched the existing flooring perfectly. His installers arrived on time each day, removed and replaced my furnishings without any damage, and completed the job promptly in three days. Pricing was good and Mr. Dean provided great customer service. I heartily recommend his company for any flooring project needs.

I would give Thomas negative 5 if I could. While he was quick to come quote an unfinished job from another contractor and collect his money. He left me hanging with a repair. Not sure if he knows how to repair. He subcontracts out all jobs. He will not lower himself to do a small repair that I paid for out of pocket. He made false promises multiple times to refund me the $50.00 for repair. He also make another promise to drop money by my sons job. If you want a man who quotes jobs, uses subcontractors and not stand by his word. He's the company to use. If you're interested in a great crew who did
