JD showed up, on time, got us a fair quote and did the work all while maintaining great communication. We will use again and will refer to friends and family.

I recieved a quote for replacing the entire floor downstairs. Mr Marquez emailed the quote the following day. He estimated my floor at 913 square feet. I measured behind him 3 times to make sure this was accurate. I measured 720, 738, 740. Reasonable margin of error in this case would be 20 square feet off. Best case scenario he is off by 165 square feet. In perspective, this is measuring a 10'x16' room that isn't there. At $4.5 per square feet, I'd be paying $742 for work he didn't do.
