Luis and his team did a phenomenal job removing existing laminate floors and installing a beautiful, floating product. Their attention to detail is impeccable, they were on time and on budget and cleaned up/hauled everything away. I called Luis last minute after a different unreliable contractor fell through and he came right away. Luis and his team did an amazing job putting down tile in our basement and fixing our current flooring! One thing I appreciated more than anything was Luis’s transparency with how much time he needed, costs and availability. He consistently gave… accurate updates and information throughout the project. Job well done and it was completely timely, accurately, and they were professional. Luis and Ben kept me informed every step of the way. Both offered suggested and pointed out whoever did my laminate used the wrong room divider. If I didn’t have to special order the correct ones they would have put them in for free. I paid half upfront and the… balance when the job was done. Appreciated the two payments because Home Depot you pay upfront and possibly cry later to get them to check me back out and fix mistakes. I did NOT use them for carpet. They wanted 1/2 payment upfront before they would even get materials. They offered NO contract for services, no business card, no quote/proposal or anything in writing. They came out measured, gave me a verbal quote and then wanted 1/2 the money upfront. I told them, I will NOT do that....as there are too many scams with this type of presentation (1/2 front and you never hear from them again). So I will continue to look.

Prompt, efficient, fairly priced and courteous. Luis and his father were wonderful. Luis even came back late in the evening to show me more carpet samples when I originally didn’t find something I liked. Our stairs look absolutely beautiful now! We will definitely use them again for our future flooring needs!
