Every single time this company came out to my house, four times, they were extremely late for one reason or another. A stair runner was to be installed on Friday but rescheduled for Monday. They called on Sunday to reschedule for Tuesday at 11:00 am. It is now 2:00pm and they are not here. Apparently, the office said The installer will be here in 15 min. Basically, told her if he is not here in exactly 15 minutes then he can turn around and go back. I have never in all my life met two people so inconsiderate of other people’s time. I highly recommend CIC Floors. EVERYTHING about the job they did in my home was top notch. Would HIGHLY recommend!!! Cesar and Clara are truly wonderful and amazing people who helped me work within my budget to get the floors I wanted. They were able to work on a tight timeframe but still delivered AMAZING quality and beautiful hardwood floors. They were tasked with replacing carpet in some of our rooms while also making sure that the… flooring matched the rest of the custom stained hardwood flooring in the rest of the house. Their finished floors not only look exactly like the rest of the house but are actually even better quality and more solid!

Very professional. Quality of work and installation is first class. Price was reasonable and they were flexible with flooring material options. My only knock on this review had to do with the number of times I had to email to finalize my flooring quote. The office was slow to respond at times. All around CIC Floors is a very good company to deal with and their flooring installation guys are very polite and respectful.

CIC Floors provides 5 star service. Cesar came to our house and provided a quote with samples of floor options. The crew came and did an exceptional job with carpet removal and floor installation of several rooms. They were all cheerful and pleasant. I had an excellent experience with CIC Floors. They were the lowest of three quotes I received to replace the carpet in two upstairs bedrooms, four closets, and a stairway with laminate that matched the main floor. We at Talk of the Town catering are very pleased with the work done at our wedding facility. There team was professional and made sure we were satisfied with the finished work. I also had a customer's floor damaged at a event. I spoke with Ceaser and he contacted the location and discussed with property owner what needs to be done. We got a few floor quotes for a living room carpet removal and hardwoods install, plus refinishing of existing hardwoods. CIC beat all others for price.
Cesar was able to fit us in on a holiday weekend on relatively short notice. Clara in the office touched base regularly regarding scheduling, supplies, color, dates, etc. very easy to work with and very nice finished product. They finished on scheduled time. I had a wonderful experience with CIC. They are the preferred retailer for Earthweave, one of the most nontoxic carpets. Earthweave recommended them. Cesar showed up in his mobile showroom with samples,… which is so convenient when it was cold and snowy outside. I also have two kids as limited time to go to a showroom. After many social media complaints and a call to the BBB CIC floors decided to remove the charge off my credit card. I was charged a $200.00 restocking fee that I am still in disagreement with this charge for a product I did not want.
